These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your access to and use of TrueCalling's website, web application, and related services (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
TrueCalling is a career navigation platform that surfaces roles and intelligence to help you make aligned decisions. During private beta, features may change, break, or be removed as we improve the product, and availability is not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience and your feedback.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your account or let others use it.

You retain ownership of the résumé, profile, and other content you provide (Your Content). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — for example, to build your targets and produce your matches. We handle Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.
The TrueCalling Score, company intelligence, sponsorship analysis, and all other outputs are informational guidance assembled from available data and automated analysis. They may contain errors or become outdated, and they are not professional, legal, immigration, financial, or employment advice.
We don't guarantee any job, interview, offer, outcome, or the accuracy of third-party data. Decisions you make remain yours.
The Service incorporates data from third-party and public sources, including government datasets. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party sources, and their availability or accuracy may change. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
During private beta the Service is provided free of charge. When paid plans launch, fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented before you subscribe, and founding-member pricing will be honored as described on our Pricing page. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
The Service — including its software, design, brand, the compass mark, and the TrueCalling Score methodology — is owned by TrueCalling and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal career navigation. These Terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueCalling will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, during beta, a nominal amount).
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrueCalling is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The specific governing law, venue, and any dispute-resolution process will be finalized with counsel before launch.
